Pitch in and keep Quincy clean

Quincy’s highways are littered with trash because people are getting careless when it comes to their trash ending up in the trash can. I think people should be fined and caught for their wrongdoing. The police aren’t really sitting there to catch them littering. How are they supposed to know who is doing it? And the people who have the highway piece adopted aren’t cleaning their part of the highway. The trash is making Quincy look gross and Quincy is a really pretty place. When people are throwing their trash out of their car windows they are polluting our planet and they can kill an animal when that animal mistakes it for food. They will never know if the poor animal is gone or not. Not all the trash you throw out is decomposable and when the people who adopted that part of the highway aren’t doing their job it doesn’t help. When they do clean then they leave their trash bags on the side of the road it doesn’t help much either. The trash trucks also spill trash out of their trucks and make it look worse. I think people should do their jobs.
