Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on March 2, 2016 from LBT Enterprises (Designated Contact: Nick Tommer, PO Box 1150, Ephata, WA 98823 and was found to be Technically Complete on March 14, 2016. PROJECT: Grading of approximately 25,000 cubic yards and temporary placement of a rock crusher to crush graded materials. Crushed rock will be used to build roads to serve future subdivision. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located approximately one mile north of where Rd. M NW ends at Rd. 13 NW. The parcel is located in the W 1/2 of Section 24, Township 21N, Range 24E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-1217-000. ZONING: Rural Remote. PUBLIC HEARING: Grant County Hearings Examiner, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 12:00pm in the New Commissioners Hearing Room on the bottom floor of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent
with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
