Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on February 26, 2016 from Rick Mianecki (Ram Farms, LLC) (Designated Contact: Wayne Ostler, Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 North Elder St, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on February 26, 2016. Short Subdivision of approximately 90.48 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 3.76 acres and will have residential capacity. Lot 2 will be 85.91 acres, will have residential capacity and contain the Open Space required for the short subdivision (approximately 45 acres). Location: The

proposal is located on the intersection of Rd M SW & Hwy 26 W. The parcel is approximately 6.3 miles west of the City of Royal City. The parcel is in the SW corner of Section 1, Township 16 North, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-0471-000. Zoning:

Agriculture. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to,

and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
