Advertisement for Board of Directors Vacancies

North Franklin School District would like to announce the resignations of School Board Members Remie DeRuwe, Director District #1, and Roger Bailie, Director District #2, effective April 30, 2016. Remie has served as a School Board Director for 13 years and Roger has served as a School Board Director for 32 years. We would like to thank them for their dedication and commitment to the staff and students of North Franklin School District.

North Franklin School District Board of Directors will receive applications to serve as Director for Director District #1 (City of Connell/Rural Area) and Director District #2 (City of Connell/Rural Area). To be eligible, you must be a United States citizen and be a registered voter in Director District #1 or Director District #2. All interested eligible persons are encouraged to apply. Please contact the district office at 234-2021 to review the Director District boundaries.

The Board requests that each applicant submit a biographical sketch, including past experience in public service and a statement about their interest in becoming a board member. The Board of Directors will screen all applicants. Applications must be received in the Administration Office prior to 4:00 pm, Friday, April 15, 2016. Finalists will be individually interviewed at a Board workshop on April 26, 2016.
