NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Lee and Lynn Eickmeyer, 510 Easy Street, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2016-03.

Said application is to rezone approximately 76.11 acres of land from Residential Transition (R-T) to Residential Suburban 20,000 (RS-20). The land is located in the City of Pasco Urban Growth Area Boundary and is designated for low density residential development in the City of Pasco Urban Area Comprehensive Plan.

There are no development plans currently submitted for the property at this time. The review is for the zone change of the property only.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Portion of Farm Unit 80, Irrigation Block 1 (Parcel Number 115180041).

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

The property is generally located west of Broadmoor Blvd, east of Dent Road, along the north side of Burns Road (Parcel Number 115180041).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on April 5, 2016 at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301.
