NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Harold and Michele Wentworth, 2011 Road 52, Pasco, WA 99301 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2016-02. The application is a Conditional Use Permit to utilize an existing accessory building as an accessory dwelling unit. The proposal is for applicant to use the historic rock home/structure on the property as an accessory dwelling for an aged parent in compliance with Franklin County Code, Chapter 17.66.060 Accessory Dwelling Units-Detached.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Lot 2, of Short Plat 80-10.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The 2.5 acre parcel is located north of Pearl Street, south Wernett Road, west of Bumpous Road along the east side of Road 52 at the site address 2011 Road 52 (Parcel Number 119102259).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on April 5, 2016 at the hour of 6:30 pm. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301.
