March 14

Report of vehicle prowl in the 4000 block of West Cove West Drive. Unknown suspects took consumer electronics valued at about $1,200 and other items.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of SR 17 and Interstate 90. Vehicle 2 was waiting at the stoplight when it was rear-ended by vehicle 1.

Report of theft at a business at 1006 West Marina Dr. Suspect climbed the fence, climbed onto the roof, disconnected and stole three security cameras. Suspect was caught on video before disconnecting the cameras. Case is under investigation.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1500 block of South Judith Street. Sometime Saturday an unknown person broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole a backpack containing prescription drugs.

Report of Internet fraud. Sometime between January and early March, reporting party’s online accounts were hacked and passwords changed. Reporting party discovered evidence of fraudulent Internet transactions, some overseas.

A 46-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for violation of an anti-harassment order.

A 29-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for violation of a no-contact order.

Report of possible trespassing, unauthorized persons using an empty house, in the 1600 block of South Turnagain Place.

A 31-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for DUI, driving without car insurance and improper lane usage.

Report of possible sexual assault. The case is still under investigation.

March 15

Report of theft in the 500 block of West Third Avenue. Reporting party’s motorcycle broke down and he chained it to a power box at Frontier Middle School. When he returned the saddlebags on the bike were stolen. Estimated value of saddlebags and contents was $200.

March 14

Christine Maxwell, 30, of Marlin, was arrested for a Grant County District Court warrant.

David Louie Jr., 47, of Electric City, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Leonid Migdal, 22, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

Robert Inks, 56, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections probation violation.

Jose Ramirez, 21, of Ephrata, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Jessica Ramos, 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two GCDC warrants.

Kyle Armour, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC probation violation.

Tony Alvarez, 19, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Patty Carey, 47, was arrested and booked on two counts of violation of a court order.

Emilio Vargas, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), resisting arrest, intimidating a public servant and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Linda Jean, 29, was booked on violation of a no contact order (domestic violence).

Olga Demchuk, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on DUI.

Dominic Cotton, 19, of Elmer City, was booked on three GCDC warrants.

Jacob Buche, 31, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Justin Reynolds, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on possession of methamphetamine, DUI and resisting arrest.

March 15

Jesus Jimenez, 51, of Moses Lake, was booked on second-degree rape.

Rhonda Clark, 47, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.
