An ordinance creating Chapter 16.50 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Fire Flow”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes the procedure to determine the fire flow requirement for buildings.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 8, 2016 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which amends Chapter 2.08, Mayor and Council, to conform to the Governance Coordination Manual.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 8, 2016 on an emergency reading will take effect immediately.
