REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTENT TO BID

Letters of intent to bid for Kinship Caregiver Support and Navigator Services providers will be received by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (AACCW) for the provision of services to support Kinship Caregivers (grandparents and other relatives) who are at the greatest risk of being unable to maintain the caregiving role without additional financial support.

Letters of intent to bid for Kinship Caregiver Support and Navigator Services providers will be received by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (AACCW) for the provision of services to support Kinship Caregivers (grandparents and other relatives) who are at the greatest risk of being unable to maintain the caregiving role without additional financial support. Contractor must provide services throughout 6 counties: Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln & Okanogan Counties (excluding the Colville Reservation). 2015 Contract provided $129,982.00. Initial contract will be 7/1/16 - 6/30/17. AACCW option to renew up to 3 additional 1-year periods.

Formal letters of intent to bid must be received by March 21, 2016 by 4:00pm at AACCW, 50 Simon St. SE, Suite A, E. Wenatchee, WA 98802. Only agencies responding with a letter of intent to bid will be allowed to compete in the procurement process. Minority & women-owned businesses encouraged to apply. Successful bidder must abide by WA State EEO policies.
