NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 21, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an ordinance amending the Grant County Code by the repealing of chapter 2.72, Public Records, originally adopted by Ordinance/ Resolution No. 01-75-CC, and replacing it in full with rewritten Chapter 2.72, Public Records, relating to rules for the county to implement the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW relating to public records of Grant County and to provide guidance to the public in obtaining access to public records.
