March 3

  • Report of a man coming into the Stratford Road Starbucks multiple times a week and conducting unknown business in the men's room.
  • Police contacted a man after a previous theft call where he reportedly provided a false name. The suspect has local warrants and a Department of Corrections warrant and was placed into custody. Police reportedly found two glass smoking devices with residue in his backpack.
  • A man was cited for third-degree theft and permanently trespassed from all Walmart stores after pushing a cart containing almost $500 worth of groceries out of Walmart.
  • Report of a man bothering customers at a business in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way and attempting to sell his clothes to the store. The man was gone when police arrived at the scene.
  • Report of suspects stuffing a bottle into their jacket at Safeway. Police contacted the vehicle the suspects were seen leaving in, but the driver advised he dropped the suspects off on Patton Boulevard. The man said the suspects were friends of his friends who were gang members.
  • Report of three windows broken on a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.
  • A woman advised several juveniles at Moses Lake High School took pictures of her daughter and had been suspended for bullying. The woman said she wanted to press charges for cyberstalking. Police explained that for cyberstalking there had to be more evidence than taking pictures and posting them online or on Snapchat.
  • A woman reported she applied for a stay-at-home job via Craigslist and was hired without meeting anyone. Her employer reportedly sent her money orders and she said she forwarded a money order to an address in Kenya. The woman said she later learned the money orders were fake and her bank account was compromised.
  • A man advised he met a man in jail and he and his dad gave the man a ride and the suspect left his Bible in the car. The caller said he returned the man's Bible and let the him stay in his motel room and the suspect stole his clothes, phone, food and bicycle.
  • A boy reportedly got into a verbal altercation with his parents and threw items around his house. The boy told his parents he had a lighter and his parents believed he might try to start a fire. The boy was reportedly removed from a bathroom when he tried to hide and in the process struck his mother in the stomach. The boy's mother stated there was no intent behind her son striking her.

  • Wayne Hauser, 27, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on two Grant County District Court warrants.
  • Zeth Roberts, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on GCDC warrants.
  • Paris McQueen, 24, of Walla Walla, was arrested and booked on a warrant out of Franklin County.
  • Anthony Montes, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked for two GCDC warrants.
  • Shannon Marchand, 37, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked for DUI and hit-and-run of an attended vehicle.
  • Robert Delvechio, 39, of Moses Lake, was booked on GCDC warrants.
  • Zenon Calderon, 27, of Othello, was booked on two GCDC warrants.
  • Antonio Banuelos, 22, of East Wenatchee, was booked on a GCDC warrant.
  • Dawn Conrad, 56, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC warrant.
  • Miguel Quintanilla, 32, of Quincy, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.
