March 1
- Report of two-vehicle, minor injury accident. Driver of vehicle 1 was south on North Stratford Road and failed to stop at the stoplight at Mart Road. He ran into vehicle 2, which was making a legal left to onto Stratford. Driver of vehicle 2 complained of soreness in his arm and was checked by EMS personnel, but didn't request further medical attention. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield.
- Report of two incidents of attempted telephone fraud. Two different victims reported calls from people claiming to be from the Internal Revenue Service and demanding money.
- Report of a four-vehicle accident on North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 came to a stop, causing driver of vehicle 2 to stop, but driver of vehicle 3 couldn't stop and hit the back of vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 4 also failed to come to a stop and ran into vehicle 3. The chain reaction pushed vehicle 2 into vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 1 left the scene.
- Report of vehicle-motorized wheelchair hit and run accident at 825 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 hit a motorized wheelchair, spinning the wheelchair around. Case is still under investigation.
- Report of check fraud. The suspect allegedly wrote checks on a closed account twice in the same day, writing the checks over the purchase amount to get cash back. The case is still under investigation.
- Report of possible mail theft. Reporting party said he had been expecting driver's licenses which were issued but he has never received. Case is still under investigation.
- Report of phone fraud. Reporting party said he was contacted by someone claiming to be from the Internal Revenue Service.
- A Frontier Middle School student was cited for disorderly conduct after he allegedly pushed a staff member at the school.
- Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 601 South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 exited a parking lot and said he intended to go straight across the street but didn't see vehicle 2, hitting in the left rear quarter pane.
- A juvenile female, no age given, was arrested and booked into Grant County Juvenile on an outstanding warrant.
- A 17-year-old female was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
- Report of security cameras stolen on two separate dates (Feb. 5 and Feb. 29) from a business at 1211 West Broadway Ave.
- Report of vehicle stolen sometime between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. from a business at 413 South Clover Dr. Vehicle is described as a maroon 1994 Toyota truck, license No. B58169V.
- Report of theft from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Subject allegedly stole about $30 worth of merchandise and was permanently trespassed from the business.
March 2
- A 27-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and criminal trespassing.
- A 37-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for DUI.
- A 29-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
- Report of stolen property recovered. Maintenance equipment stolen from Moses Lake School District was recovered when the new owner took it to a local business for maintenance. The owner said he bought it at a local thrift store, where other items from the same burglary had been recovered.
- A 27-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of methamphetamines.
- A 25-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for theft with the intent to resell.
- An 18-year-old man was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol and theft after attempting to leave a business at 601 South Pioneer Way with a cart full of merchandise without paying.
- A 25-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for malicious mischief (domestic violence) and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

March 2
- Timothy Greene, 37, of Ephrata, was booked for DUI.
- Stephanie Rice, 29, of Ritzville, was arrested and booked on two Grant County District Court warrants.
- Daniel Zellmer, 63, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation.
- Mark Stephens, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of controlled substances and possession of methamphetamine.
- Kory Jones, 25, Malaga, was booked on charges of theft with intent to sell.
