NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DIANA VERA in her capacity as personal representative of the above estate, has sold by negotiation for the following described real estate: Lots 16 and 17, Block 4, Northern Pacific Railroad Company Plat of Pasco according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume B of Plats, Page 32A, Franklin County, Washington, for the gross sum of $32,500.00, the said price to include closing costs, title and escrow expenses and other charges incident to closing, and application to confirm which will be made on or after the 15th day of March, 2016
