Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on February 23, 2016 from Jerry Milbrandt (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on February 25, 2016. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 159.18 acre parcel into 3 lots. Lot 1 will be 148.75 acres and contains 79.59 acres of open space. Lot 2 will be 4.01 acres and will have no residential capacity. Lot 3 will be 2.50 acres and has an existing residence with a septic system and well. Location: The proposal is located on the intersection of Baseline Rd W and T Rd NW. The parcel is approximately 2.09 miles west of the City of George. The parcel is in the SE corner of Section 34, Township 19 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-1534-000. Zoning: Agriculture. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
