An ordinance amending Chapter 3.62 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Utility System Development Charges"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the utility system development charges.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 24, 2016 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which amends the time line for building permits on unplatted property.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 24, 2016 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.

An ordinance amending Chapter 10.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Parking Regulations"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which prohibits parking on portions of Knolls Vista Drive and Nelson Road.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 14, 2016 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
