Vehicle struck by gunfire in Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE — A vehicle was struck by gunfire in Moses Lake Saturday.

About 10:35 p.m. the Moses Lake Police Department received a report of shots being fired in the 9700 block of Olympic Drive Northeast, according to police records. Police responded to the area and contacted a vehicle with four occupants and discovered the vehicle was shot.

The front passenger side tire on the car was reportedly struck by a bullet and was flat when police stopped the car. The driver of the vehicle told police someone shot at her car and she left the area with her friends in the vehicle. There were no reported injuries.
