Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on June 16, 2016 from Billy Bangs (Designated Contact: J. Curtis & Associates, Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on June 16, 2016. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an undeveloped 39.8 acre parcel to create two (2) lots in the Rural Remote Zone. Lot 1 will be 20.00 acres. Lot 2 will be 19.80 acres. LOCATION: The project site is located on the East side of Road C NE, North of SR 17, approximately 3.5 miles east of Ephrata, WA. The site is located in the Northeast _ of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-1782-006. ZONING: Rural Remote. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
