Joyce Wagner, 63, of Moses Lake, passed away on June 20, 2016 peacefully at her longtime home in Moses Lake. Please sign the online guestbook at www.kayserschapel.com. Arrangements in care of Kayser’s Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Peninsula Community Church with Pastor Marc Uebelhardt officiating.

Joyce Wagner was born July 14, 1952 in Springfield, Mo., daughter to Harold and Esta Tate. She graduated from Moses Lake High School, class of 1970. Joyce married Larry Cooper in December 1970, in Moses Lake, and had four children. Widowed in 1982, Joyce later married Derryck Wagner in May of 1990.

Joyce is preceded in death by her mother Esta Tate in 2015, father Harold Tate in 1992, and first husband Larry Cooper in 1982.

Joyce is survived by husband Derryck; daughters Sherrie Armstrong, Heather Cooper, Tina Cooper; her only son Wylie Cooper (partner Lorri) and stepdaughters Angie Hedwall (husband David), Melanie Bruce (husband Ammon), and Krystal Wagner (husband James).

She is also survived by her only sister Judy Cole; brothers Dan Tate (wife Tess), David Tate, and Harold Tate; 12 grandchildren, Kayla Smoot, Maritza, Tabitha and Trevor Armstrong, Riley and Dakota Randall, Kathrine and Emily Cooper, Chris and Janet Robinson and McKinley and Kambri Bruce, and her only great-grandson, Jaxon James.

Joyce was known for her endless support of family and friends. She had a smile and an art project for every one of her grandchildren that walked through her door.
