June 16

A woman reported someone threw orange juice on her at a park on South Russell Avenue. The woman was uncooperative and would not answer her door when police attempted to contact her.

Report of juveniles possibly playing ding dong door ditch in the 400 block of East Brown Avenue.

A man advised police he was cutting hay with his tractor in the area of Road L Northeast and Wheeler Road when he accidentally clipped a sign and knocked it to the ground. The city was contacted and advised of the sign being knocked down.

Report of a lock on a storage unit in the 1700 block of West Bemis Street being cut off by an unknown subject.

A man reported his neighbor in the 3000 block of West Peninsula Drive was yelling at him about wanting to know his name due to the reporting party contacting police about her dogs. The woman told police she did not yell anything except wanting to know the man’s name.

Police were advised someone might attempt to siphon fuel out of a vehicle in the 1300 block of West Marina Drive. No fuel was taken from the vehicle, but two small fuel tanks were located in the back of the truck.

A woman reported two unknown males attempted to enter her residence in the 4100 block of West Peninsula Drive. The reporting party’s daughters reported seeing a blue mini-van in the driveway.

Report of multiple bullets in the road on West Broadway Avenue. An unknown male in a two-door green vehicle reportedly stopped to pick up the bullets. Police did not locate the vehicle or bullets.

Report of a cellphone left on a counter at a business in the 700 block of South Pioneer Way. When the owner of the phone returned, the phone was gone.


Grant County Sheriff’s Office

June 16

A tenant reported that his landlord was harassing him.

A vehicle was reported stolen from an auto body shop.

A man reported that his neighbor’s dog keeps coming over and stealing dog food and getting into his garbage.

A phone that was stolen two weeks ago was reportedly traced to a house in Othello.

A woman reported that she and her boyfriend had had a fight and he refused to allow her into the car to retrieve her things.

A man reported finding a bike in the ditch.

A woman reported that her daughter, against whom she had a restraining order, was sitting in a car in the neighbor’s driveway.

A woman reported that a male had left a vehicle parked on her property for two weeks and was refusing to move it.

June 16

Erick Rocha, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Patrick Kemenes, 29, of Monroe, was arrested for a GCSC bench warrant.

Heather Keating, 38, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Grant County District Court warrant.

James Clark, 68, of Nespelem, was booked on two GCDC warrants.

Dion Brown, 28, of Ephrata, was arrested for a Department of Corrections order.

Kyle Armour, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.

Jeri Spencer, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested for violating a protection order.

Lamar Wynn, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested for two GCDC warrants and a GCSC warrant.

Alexander Wiltfong, 26, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

Juan Ortiz, 25, of Quincy, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Jonathan Barajas, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Javier Ibarra, 26, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Ernesto Gomez, 26, of Pasco, was arrested on booked on a warrant out of Benton County.
