Michael Dean Clark

| June 16, 2016 1:45 PM

February 17, 1969 – June 5, 2016

Michael Dean Clark was born on Feb. 17, 1969 in Everett, Washington. On June 5, 2016 he became a memory to all who knew and loved him. He participated in various athletic teams throughout his education – namely football, in both Warden and Moses Lake. Many recall Mike boasting about tackles, touchdowns, maneuvers, and teammates that grew to be his buddies. Mike was a hard worker – preferring to act as an independent contractor in the construction industry. He enjoyed four-wheeling in the sand dunes, fishing, and playing his bass guitar with his brothers and Clint in his spare time. It was always a good time, with good music and great friends when they’d get together for local gigs. He often bragged to others about his daughters and grandchildren, proud of their academic and athletic achievements.

His memory is survived by his mother Ardis Barnes; father Spencer Clark; brothers Bob Hash and Jim Clark; daughters Avery Clark and Amber Meader; son-in-law Ruben Benavidez; and grandchildren Kai and Kayden Benavidez as well as many lifelong friends and extended family. Depression is a mental illness – his daughters would like to encourage those who suffer to seek professional help. Your life is valued.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at the State Park, Saturday, June 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. followed by “Remembering Mike Clark” at 1245 Pershing Rd, starting as early as 6 p.m. for those not attending State Park and continuing to welcome guests as they arrive.
