NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Gerald Hammerstrom, P.O. Box 3229, Pasco, WA 99301 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2016-04. The application is for the future expansion of an existing church in the AP-20 Zoning District. The application also includes a site plan change for a new parking area and a property line boundary adjustment in the future.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

Lot 2, Short Plat 2010-04.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The parcel is located west of Taylor Flats Road, south of W Dogwood Road, north of Cypress Lane at site address 791 Country Haven Loop Road (Parcel 123290262).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on July 12, 2016 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, 1016 North 4th, Room A101, Pasco, Washington 99301, or by calling 545-3521.
