19 shots fired in Moses Lake; no injuries

MOSES LAKE — Nobody was injured after 19 shots were fired in Moses Lake over the weekend.

About 2:10 a.m. Saturday a woman contacted the Moses Lake Police Department reporting shots had been fired in the 1100 block of East Hill Avenue. Police responded to the scene and found several vehicles and a fence in the area had been struck by gunfire.

Officers reportedly discovered 19 9mm shell casings at the scene, according to MLPD Capt. Dave Sands. There were no reported injuries and no suspects have been taken into custody. The incident is under investigation.
