Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR Ephrata Landfill MPE Pilot Study Interim Action Pretreatment Facility and Evaporation Pond”, will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 206, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., June 28, 2016, and will then and there, in the commissioners hearing room, be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
