A woman reported receiving harassing text messages.

A man reported that he was assaulted at a concert at the Gorge Amphitheatre.

Fraudulent calls purporting to be from the IRS were reported.

A man reported that a juvenile had pointed a BB gun in his direction.

A male was reported as pulling a female down the street. The two went into a trailer with a vehicle parked out front.

A male was reported walking on SR-28 with no shirt, displaying “excited delirium,” shouting and waving his arms.

A man reported that a female had broken into his residence with a screwdriver and was throwing things out.

A man was reported living in a tent on a vacant lot.

A woman reported that her husband pushed her down and grabbed her.

A woman reported that marijuana and a pipe had been stolen from her.

Two males, ages 13 to 14, were reported walking down the street in the wee hours of the morning.

A man reported that his garage light was on and he was certain he had turned it off earlier.

A man reported that he was assaulted by a subject at his work who hit him and tried to run over him with a vehicle.

Moses Lake Police Department

June 8

Report of a vehicle stolen in the 1300 block of North Buell Drive. The contents of the vehicle’s trunk were located in a vacant lot on Joann Drive.

Police contacted a man and woman who were camping in a wooded area near Moses Lake. The subjects were advised of laws that prohibit camping in city limits.

A woman reported received voice mails from people claiming to represent the IRS.

Report of a child riding in the front seat of a vehicle in the 500 block of East Wheeler Road. Police could not locate the vehicle.

A man with a suspended license was spotted driving in the 1000 block of West Charlotte Street. A officer lost sight of the suspect, but he was spotted a short time later and ran away on foot. The suspect was eventually taken into custody and found to be in possession of stolen checks. He was booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree theft, obstructing a law enforcement officer and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

A woman told police she was riding her bicycle past a wrecking yard on East Broadway Avenue when two dogs came at her. Police went to the location, but did not locate the dogs in question.

A man reportedly stole merchandise from Rite Aid, but returned the merchandise a short time later. The business requested the man be permanently trespassed from all Rite Aid stores.

A juvenile was contacted while carrying a large Airsoft gun in the 500 block of West Third Avenue. The juvenile was transported home and reportedly walked inside and assaulted his brother. The boy was arrested and transported to the Grant County Juvenile Detention facility.

A man and woman got into an verbal argument that turned physical after the woman assaulted the male subject. The woman was arrested and booked into jail for fourth-degree assault.

Alicia Vanslyke, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Joshua Davis, 34, of Electric City, was arrested and booked for intimidating a public servant and interfering with a healthcare facility.

Marisela Robles, 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two counts of unlawful harboring of a minor, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Francisco Villa, 20, of Warden, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.

Jesus Ozuna, 18, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two counts of unlawful harboring of a minor and third-degree assault.

Rodney Ezell, 28, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for first-degree trespassing and harassment.
