Why Nathan Pack?

| June 9, 2016 1:00 PM

I am a senior manager/leader at a major commercial engineering company and have served 20 years in the Air Force prior. I have led many teams into combat and led many other teams to execute major programs. What is my point? My point is that I know leadership when I see it. Nathan is a born leader. I recently saw an article written about Nathan from one of his teachers. It was a well-written article about the path Nathan took and how successful he is today.

Well I am here to tell you all, that you want a county commissioner who leads the way and Nathan is that person. When I asked him why him, his answer was very simple; he wanted to ensure that no one else had to go through the pain he and his wife went through to get their company Pack’s Taxi & Delivery up and running. His desire is to serve the community to make your lives easier. Now that is a leader. His measurement of success is how he can make everyone else successful. Nothing in his response was self-serving. That, folks, is a leader.

Nathan has never taken the path of least resistance, which is the basis of the article I recently read. That is a keen attribute that is rarely seen today. He is not the “norm,” but when he decides on what path he should take, he is all in and he is always successful. Imagine someone like that on your side. Once he understands your needs, understands the recommended solutions, and understands the desired results, he will be your biggest advocate.

My vote is for Nathan Pack. He is the man that will deliver results.
