Reginald Perkins

| June 9, 2016 1:00 PM

November 30, 1953 – June 1, 2016

Reginald Perkins, born Nov. 30, 1953, succumbed to his battle with liver cancer on June 1, 2016. Reggie was a man who loved to fish and enjoyed his family. His love of his life Bonnie Perkins and his children Alicia Russ (White Hall, Ark.) Tequia Perkins, Tashina Perkins, Jermaine Hockaday (all of Spokane, Wash.) were and are his pride and joy. His grandchildren Tyreik Lee, Maurissa Russ, Grace Harvey, Daizha Banks and Courtney and Kiaundra Harvey were and are his heart. The whole family was blessed to be at his side the day he went home. He was preceded in death by his mother, who passed two weeks before he did. She gave him to us and he was able to return to her open arms. He is survived by his brothers Gerald Hicks, Charles Hamilton, Washington Bridges and Ron Bradford. There will not be any services as the family has chosen to have a private ceremony. We thank all of his many friends for all of your support during this time. He loved all of you. Never gone, Papa, just on a long fishing trip. Song dedication: Patti Labelle, “The Best Is Yet To Come.”
