PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 10.05 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on May 31, 2016 from Herlin & Telitha Villalta (Designated Contact: Jeff Curtis, PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349, 425-359-7147) was found to be technically complete on June 1, 2016. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 10.05 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 5.05 acres in size, and will contain an existing single-family residence, well, and septic system. Lot 2 will be approximately 5.00 acres in size, and is presently vacant. The intended use of both of the proposed lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 9635 Road H NW, Ephrata, WA. The subject parcel is known as Lot 3 of the Vittone Acres Short Plat, and is located approximately 3 miles southwest of the intersection of State Highway 28 and State Highway 283, and approximately 0.35 miles south of the intersection of Road 10 NW and Road H NW, and in the NW quarter of Section 14, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2493 000). ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
