June 7

Report of an air compressor valued at $2,800 stolen sometime overnight in the 500 block of South Astor Loop.

Report of a water meter, a water hose and a hydrant wrench stolen in the area of South Wanapum Drive and West Peninsula Drive.

A man and woman were reportedly arguing in a vehicle in the area of North Grape Drive and West Charlotte Street and the woman attempted to get out of the vehicle while it was still in motion. The man pulled the door shut so the woman wouldn’t fall out and get injured. Neither of the parties wished to report an assault.

Report of a work trailer broken into in the 4700 block of West Fox Street and numerous power tools stolen.

A business representative in the 1800 block of West Broadway Avenue reported someone pried open the front door to one of their modular homes and stole a refrigerator.

A man reportedly kicked open a door at a residence in the 600 block of West Drive after his wife wouldn’t let him in the residence. Police could not find the alleged suspect.

Report of a suspicious man inside a business in the 1400 block of Yonezawa Boulevard. Police contacted the man, who advised he had a firearm on him. The man had a permit to carry the gun and the business’s manager said it was not against their policy for the man to carry the firearm in the business.

Police received a report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the 800 block of North Stratford Road. The driver was contacted and found to not be driving under the influence.

A man reported his pregnant German short hair dog went missing in the 1100 block of West Broadway Avenue.

Report of a boat motor valued at $800 stolen off a boat in the 400 block of South Astor Loop.

A man was arrested for fourth-degree assault after breaking a woman’s cellphone and punching her in the face.

License plates were reported stolen off a vehicle.

A firearm was reported stolen in Marlin.

A woman reported that she was being harassed by her landlord and her neighbors.

Seeds valued at $1,800 were reported stolen from a nursery.

A small dog was reported running at large on a golf course.

A woman reported seeing a male subject wearing a mask with a gun in his waistband.

A fraudulent call purporting to be from the IRS was reported.

A woman reported that subjects who were fishing in Crab Creek had parked their vehicle in such a way as to block access to her property.

A man reported that subjects had driven by and knocked his mailbox off its pedestal.

Two subjects reportedly climbed a fence and entered a vacant house.

June 8

A woman reported that her child’s father had beaten up her boyfriend and left with her son.

A man reported two subjects on four-wheelers trespassing on his property and looking into his containers.

A woman reported that she had found a day planner, keys, a wallet and a disabled parking placard scattered on the road and along the side of her residence.
