Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 26, 2016 from Tyson Allred (Mountain View Acres) (Designated Contact: Suberizer Inc., 14222 NE 21st Street, Bellevue, WA 98007 Phone: (425) 985-9524), were found to be technically complete on June 02, 2016. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. PROJECT: Construction of a 162-ft. by 225-ft. potato storage building with a 40-ft by 76-ft. fan house (41,090 sq. ft. total) on a 127-acre parcel. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is within the southwest portion of Parcel #21-0167-000. The subject area is located 7.75 miles SE of George, WA on the corner of Rd L.5 SW and Rd M SW and is located approximately 1,000-ft. west of the intersection of Rd L.5 SW and Adams Rd SW. The parcel is located in the west portion of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
