Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1700 block of South Legend Lane. Unknown suspects sprayed a pink substance on the reporting party’s vehicle.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1400 block of South Cougar Drive. Victim said a package was stolen from her porch.

Report of a motorcycle theft in the 2600 block of West Marina Drive. Victim said he was gone overnight, and when he returned home the motorcycle was missing. The bike was missing a battery and handlebars were locked.

A 30-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree kidnapping after she allegedly took a 6-year-old child from the yard of a residence in the Knolls Vista area. Child and woman were found in Neppel park. The child was unharmed.

Report of vehicle prowl at the Moses Lake Post Office. Victim found the window broken on his vehicle and a jacket stolen from the car. Damage to the window was estimated at $150, and the jacket was estimated at $50.

Report of a vehicle prowl at a business at 1520 East Wheeler Road. An employee said his truck was broken into while he was at work. The thieves stole a cellphone, estimated value $200, and a coin tray with about $4 in coins.

Report of a purse stolen from a customer at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Purse was found in the parking lot with $200 missing but credit cards and identification intact.

Report of hit and run accident at a business at 11852 Northeast Wheeler Road. Reporting party said an unknown driver hit his car while he was at work.

A 24-year-old woman was cited for second-degree criminal trespassing.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Brenda Lee Sijohn, 48, Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Misty Atkins, 32, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Kye Shelton, 28, no address given, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Paul Craig, 50, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Christian Sanchez Chavez, 21, Kennewick, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Michael Smith, 45, Wenatchee, was booked on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

David Walker, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest, an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for harassment (domestic violence) and stalking (domestic violence) and outstanding GCDC warrants for violation of an anti-harassment order and resisting arrest.

Amadi Shaw, 26, no fixed address, was booked on a Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Denae Suhr, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree kidnapping.

Kevin Clark, 28, no fixed address, was booked for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Natasha Clark, 27, Soap Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Sundance Reevis, 23, Usk, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for possession of a dangerous weapon and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
