Special Use Land for Lease

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to negotiate two 10 year Special Use

Leases. One for a tract of land containing 240 acres, more or less, described as a Portion of

Section 16, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M., and the other for a tract of land

containing 4.1 acres, more or less, described as a Portion of Section 16, Township 19 North,

Range 26 East, W.M., all in Grant County. Annual rent will be negotiated.
