PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
SOUTH CANAL BOULEVARD IN BASIN CITY
RIGHT-OF-WAY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed in the office of the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County requesting that the right-of-way for a portion of South Canal Boulevard in Basin City be vacated as described:
All that portion of South Canal Boulevard lying south of the north line of Lot 44 extended easterly and north of the south line of Lot 45 extended easterly being 60 feet in width, Basin City Industrial Park No. 1 Plat, recorded in Volume āDā of Plats, Page 14, records of Franklin County, Washington.

Provided, the easement be retained for public utilities and service in accordance with RCW 36.87.140.
Therefore, it is ordered by the Board that the hearing on said vacation petition will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County at their office at the Franklin County Courthouse at 1016 North 4th Avenue, in Pasco, Washington, on Wednesday the 17th day of August 2016, at the hour of 9:00 A.M.
