ADVERTISEMENT – PORT OF MOSES LAKE 2016 UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT
Separate sealed BIDS for the Port of Moses Lake will be received by Port of Moses Lake, Attn: Carol Gibson until 2:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) on FRIDAY, August 19, 2016. Bids will be received at the offices of the Owner, Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St NE, Suite 200, Moses Lake, Washington, Attn: Carol Gibson, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) on FRIDAY, August 19, 2016.
Contractors will be required to be present at a mandatory pre-bid meeting as outlined below. At this meeting questions will be answered regarding badging and a tour of the project within the secured area will be provided. August 15, 2016 at 9:00am at the Port of Moses Lake 7810 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837.

The digital copy of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS is available by contacting Port of Moses Lake. Please provide your email address to Ms. Carol Gibson and the Contract Documents will be made available to you through “dropbox”. Bidder questions shall be directed to Western Pacific Engineering and Survey, Attn: Nathan Nofziger. A copy charge of $75 will be assessed for hard copies of the construction documents.
Questions to the engineer shall be made in writing and Emailed to NNOFZIGER@WPEINC.NET. Responses will be made to all bidders who have provided an email address. Questions will be accepted until August 16, 2016 and replies will be provided by August 17, 2016
Small Business, Minority and Women Owned businesses are encouraged to provide bid proposals as either General Contractors or Subcontractors.
