PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of complete site preparation and construction of a new 30 unit RV campground loop including clearing, site grading, construction of water, sewer, and electrical utilities, connection to existing utilities, sewer pump station, paved roadways, pedestrian trails, full hookup campsites, a comfort station, complete irrigation system, and landscaping/site restoration.

PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located at Steamboat Rock State Park 8 miles south of Electric City on State Route 155.

ESTIMATED BID RANGE: $2,500,000-$2,750,000

BID OPENING TIME: 1:00PM, Tuesday, August 9, 2016

Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this construction contract. Voluntary workforce diversity goals for this apprentice participation are identified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Section, to obtain information on available apprenticeship programs.
