NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday August 10, 2016 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter as possible in the County Commissioners Meeting Room of the Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301, to take testimony for and against establishing Franklin County’s proposed Ordinance repealing previously adopted Ordinance #5-2013 - Franklin County Fire Code (which adopted the 2012 International Fire Code) and adopting by Ordinance the new Franklin County Fire Code implementing the 2015 International Fire Code with Washington State Amendments.
