Wesley Allen Ralph (Wes), 56, died July 17 surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer.

Born to Lester and Barbara (Lozar) Ralph on November 20, 1959, he grew up in Marshall, Wash. When he was a teenager his family moved to Moses Lake, Wash. He worked in construction with his uncle for a while, then as a cook with his brother Ted.

In November 1983 he married Mary A. Rooker. They had two daughters, April N. (Ralph) Matney and Ashley D. (Ralph) Wolf. When the girls where still young they moved to Spokane, Wash. They opened their own business, working together installing and cleaning rain gutters. When they separated in 2004, they closed the business. Wes lived in Moses Lake again for a while then moved back to Spokane, He lived with his youngest daughter Ashley and her husband Curtis, where he remained until his death.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Ralph (Moses Lake); his Brother Ted and Nicole Ralph (Moses Lake); brother Wayne and Kathy Ralph (Houston, Texas), brother Lewis and Beth Ralph (Monroe, Wash.); sister Anne and Tim Fox (Moses Lake); daughter April and Elijah Matney (Spokane, Wash.); daughter Ashley and Curtis Wolf (Spokane, Wash.); grandchildren Sarina Wolf, Autumn Ralph/Curry, Wesley Wolf, Kyrah Matney and Mylen Matney and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Lester and his brother Robert Ralph. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday July 23, 2016 at the Marshall, Wash. cemetery, and a Celebration of Life will be held afterward in Priest Lake, Idaho.
