MOSES LAKE — A man and woman were arrested in Moses Lake Thursday afternoon after a search warrant at their residence turned up methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana, a loaded gun and ammunition.

About 3 p.m. on Thursday Moses Lake Police Department officers reportedly served a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence in the 2600 block of West Wall Street. Police reportedly recovered a half-ounce of heroin, a half-ounce of meth and 8.5 pounds of marijuana, according to Moses Lake police on Friday.

In addition to the drugs, police reportedly located a loaded .40 caliber handgun and ammunition in the residence. Sebastian E. Hester, 23, of Moses Lake, and Karlianne Senn, 34, of Moses Lake, were at the residence when the search warrant was served and were taken into custody.

Hester was booked into the Grant County Jail for unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of heroin with intent to deliver and possession of over 40 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Senn was booked for possession of meth with intent to deliver (accomplice), possession of heroin with intent to deliver (accomplice), possession of over 40 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver (accomplice), and possession of a schedule narcotic without a prescription.

Because of the location of Hester’s arrest, as well as his prior criminal history, Hester’s weapon charge is subject to a gang enhancement and the drug charges are subject to a school zone enhancement, according to the MLPD.
