Moses Lake Police Department

July 13

A woman was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant and criminal trespassing at Safeway. Police found methamphetamine on the woman and she was booked into the Grant County Jail.

Report of a semi-trailer stolen from a truck stop parking lot in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road.

A man reported a subject driving a white Chevrolet Silverado was stopped next to him at a stop light on South Pioneer Way. The suspect allegedly squealed his tires and went around the reporting party’s vehicle. When the suspect was in front of the man he allegedly slammed on his breaks, causing the reporting party to rear-end the suspect’s truck. The suspect got out of his truck momentarily, but later drove off.

A woman reported her ex-boyfriend arrived at her residence on Arlene Drive Northeast and opened her bedroom window. The man allegedly jumped through the window, stole the woman’s phone and fled the area in a silver passenger car.

A woman was caught attempting to conceal shampoo, pens, soda and a small case in her hand bag at Walgreens. The woman was permanently trespassed from Walgreens, but the business did not request charges be filed against her.

A boy riding a bicycle was hit by a car that was pulling out of the Walgreens parking lot near Dutch Brothers Coffee. The boy was wearing a helmet and was not injured.

A woman was trespassed from Michael’s On the Lake after entering the restaurant and charging her phone in the lobby.

Report of vehicles racing down North Daniel Street. Police checked the area, but could not locate the vehicles.

Report of fireworks being shot off on South Skyline Drive. Police could not find evidence to confirm the report.


Grant County Sheriff’s Office

July 13

An herbigator was reported stolen from a business.

A man reported that his daughter and cousin were doing drugs.

Two subjects were reported carrying bike frames into a back yard.

A male subject was reported walking back and forth from a house to a vehicle. The reporting party believed it looked like drug running.

A woman reported that her 5-year-old was in the front yard playing when a male subject in a red van drove up, gave the child a sticker, told the child he was a missionary, and then left very quickly when the reporting party came to the yard.

A male and a female subject were reported arguing on the side of the road and throwing rocks t each other.

A towing company reported a male subject stealing batteries.

Several subjects were reported running around with flashlights and messing with a van.

July 13

Paul Craig, 50, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a Department of Corrections order.

Daydra Larsen, 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine, first-degree criminal trespassing and two Grant County District Court warrants.

Nickolas Montemayor, 30, of Warden, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Jamie Ulman, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for violations of probation.

Victor Rodriguez, 23, of Warden, was arrested for a GCDC warrant.

Patricia Manning, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Richard Ruff, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

Gordon Beeman, 58, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Robert Hall, 37, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for violations of probation.

Jeri Spencer, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

Richard Lambert, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.

July 14

Julian Latimer, 26, of Seattle, was booked for 10 counts of vehicle prowling and possession of stolen property.

Jeremy Harstad, 34, of Federal Way, was arrested for 10 counts of second-degree vehicle prowling, possession of stolen property and possession of vehicle theft tools.

David Hagar, 43, of Moses Lake, was arrested for violating a no-contact order.

Steven Obershaw, 44, of Moses Lake, was arrested on GCDC warrants.

Ruben Serna, 30, of Ritzville, was arrested and booked on two GCDC warrants and a warrant out of Spokane.

Michael Bradley, 30, of Ephrata, was booked on two GCDC warrants, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of methamphetamine.
