Report of vandalism in the 300 block of North Crestview Drive. Reporting party said someone shot a window in his vehicle, apparently with a BB gun.

A subject, an 18-year-old man, admitted taking a bag containing documents. Officers obtained a search warrant and recovered the documents.

Report of vandalism in the 900 block of Grape Drive. Reporting party said an unknown suspect sprayed her driveway with red paint.

Report of vandalism at the intersection of West Third Street and West Ivy Avenue. Reporting party said an unknown subject threw motor oil on his car.

A 40-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. Reporting party said she struck a parked car with her car’s mirror. She attempted to exchange information with the vehicle’s owner, but he ran away when the reporting party called police.

A woman, no age given, was charged with second-degree trespassing when she went into a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. after being trespassed from the business previously.

A 22-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail on five outstanding warrants.

Report of subjects tipping over garbage cans at the intersection of East Nelson Road and South Jefferson Street. Subject were located and fixed the garbage cans.

Report of illegal fireworks in the 500 block of North Dune Road. Subject had about 100 bottle rockets, which were confiscated.

July 2

Report of a burglary in the 1000 block of Columbia Avenue. Victim said unknown suspects broke into the house and stole consumer electronics and prescription medications.

A 45-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants after she was contacted at Montlake Park.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants after he was contacted at Montlake Park.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant after he was contacted at Montlake Park.

Report of theft from a residence in the 600 block of West Fourth Avenue. Thieves stole a bench from the yard sometime overnight.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West Valley Road. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and hit vehicle 2.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 was exiting the parking lot and hit vehicle 2, which was entering the lot. Driver of vehicle 2 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of an attempted burglary in the 600 block of West Crest Drive. Reporting party said he returned after being out of town and found unknown subjects had attempted entry through a window.

July 3

Report of domestic dispute. A woman said her boyfriend punched her and took her car. The 32-year-old man is being sought by police.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West Prichard Street. Vehicle 1 turned left in front of vehicle 2, which slid into a fence.

A 29-year-old man was arrested for possession of narcotics after a foot pursuit.

A 39-year-old man was cited for third-degree theft.

July 4

Report of domestic dispute. A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). The man allegedly hit his wife, then fled the scene and was arrested a few blocks away while getting into a taxi.

Report of theft from a residence in the 200 block of Sybel Lane. Yard art was stolen from the porch, approximate value $150.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 1165 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stoplight, and hit vehicle 2, which had entered the intersection.

Report of a burglary at a business at 211 South Balsam St. Burglars forced entry through the front window and searched the building. The unknown suspects stole or damaged electronics worth about $1,350, and stole or damaged about $900 in tools.

Report of graffiti on a business at 305 East Third Ave.

Report of attempted burglary at a residence in the 1000 block of South Juniper Drive. Unknown suspects forced entry through a back door but nothing was stolen. Damage to the door was estimated at $200.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

A woman reported that a female subject threatened to burn her house down.

A female reported that her boyfriend won’t leave her alone and kicked her vehicle.

A man reported that male subjects were pointing lasers and flashlights at his residence from across the highway.

A woman reported that a male who had tried to steal something from her yard the night before had come to the yard again, and her husband was following him.

A man reported people at a park lighting lanterns and releasing them into the wind.

Four vehicles that looked like they didn’t belong there were reported outside a business.

Subjects with rifles were reported at a campground.

A man reported that his wife hit him in the face.

A woman reported that a male subject in his teens or early 20s walked past her house and made her very uncomfortable.

A fraudulent phone call purporting to be from Publishers Clearing House was reported.

Vandalism to a travel trailer was reported.

A woman reported that her neighbor was stalking and spying on her.

A man reported his gun had been stolen.

A female reported that she had gotten into a fight with her family in which her mother tried to take her keys and her brother tackled her.

A female subject was reported passed out on a front porch.

Two subjects were reported fighting over a bicycle.

A female reported that she had been involved in a verbal altercation with her aunt in which the aunt took the reporting party’s dog and threatened her grandmother.

July 3

A male subject reportedly left his 6-year-old son in a car.

A man reported that someone stole his “no trespassing” signs.

A license plate was reported stolen off of a boat trailer.

A man reported that someone had taken two windows off a project car and slashed its tires.

Subjects on ATVs were reported speeding up and down the road.

Two poodles were reported running at large.

A man reported a female beating on his door trying to get in.

A woman reported that her son was screaming and yelling and broke a door while his girlfriend was crying and making threats.

Two subjects on dirt bikes were reported speeding on Sand Dunes Road.

A woman reported that her son-in-law, who wasn’t supposed to be there, had been seen heading towards her house.

A tenant reported that her landlord took the hose she was watering the lawn with.

A male reported that a female subject who had mental problems was freaking out on him.

An arch was reported stolen from a wedding.

A male subject was reported choking a dog.

A woman reported that she found bolt cutters and an air compressor in the bushes in her front yard.

A male subject was reported riding a motorcycle without a helmet.

A father and son were reported fighting.

Two male subjects were reported driving by flashing gang signs at children.

A suspicious male was reported hanging around a golf course.

A man reported that his neighbors were lighting off fireworks near his hay.

A suspicious male dressed in black was reported outside a residence with a knife.

A woman reported that her son and his friend had gone out on a quad and hadn’t returned.

A woman reported that as she was packing and cleaning to move out of her house, there was a car outside and subjects inside the house with guns threatening her life and her boyfriend’s.

A vehicle was reported parked in the middle of the road flashing lights toward houses.

Esiquio Deleon, Jr., 40, Moses Lake, was booked for an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Julian Ortiz, 29, Othello, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections for violating a protection order.

David Johnson, 66, Ephrata, was booked on a Lake County, Indiana warrant for sexual battery.
