WARDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT AG BARN

Warden School District No. 146-161

Warden School District No. 146-161 will be receiving sealed bids at the School District Administration Office, 101 West Beck Way, Warden WA 98857 for a pre-engineered 40’ x 60’ metal building, for the following project: WARDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT AG BARN, until 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 15th, 2016 and opened at that time. Bids received after the above time will not be considered.

Documents are available for bidders. Documents must be obtained by ordering from www.AbadanPlanRoom.com on or after July 1st, 2016. To be added to the official plan holders list and insure notification of addenda, bidders must register by downloading the documents or by purchasing hard copy documents (at bidders expense) from the plan room noted above.

Architect and Owner will not be responsible for partial sets of documents obtained from reprographics companies or plan centers. Any and all errors or omissions resulting from the failure of the General Contractor, Subcontractor or material supplier to become familiar with the documents in their entirety will be corrected at the Contractor’s expense.

Warden School District encourages the participation of Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprises in this Invitation to Bid.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Warden School District. This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond.
