NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Construction of a Boat Launch (14' x 40'), a dock (6' x 35') and an associated parking area. The project site is located on Rd. 6.6 NE, approximately one quarter mile south of McConihe Rd. NE.

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: Construction of a Boat Launch (14' x 40'), a dock (6' x 35') and an associated parking area. The project site is located on Rd. 6.6 NE, approximately one quarter mile south of McConihe Rd. NE. The parcel is Tract A of Meadows Plat First Addition. The parcel is located in the NE _ of Section 36, Township 20N, Range 27E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #12-0724-117.

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
