Property owners in Franklin County must contact Franklin County Public Works by February 19, 2016, if they do not want participate in the Roadside Noxious Weed Spraying program and are willing to maintain the areas adjacent to landowner’s parcels. No Spray Request Agreements must be submitted to Franklin County Public Works Department, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301, no later than Friday, February 26, 2016 as we intend to begin our spray program immediately after that date.

Beginning in 2014 the “No Spray Request” had the option to be permanent or annual. Property owners who wish to maintain a permanent no spray area may indicate that on the 2016 form and will only need to submit a new form if there are changes to the no spray area. Property owners who only need the no spray area for a season may mark that box on the form and the agreement will automatically expire on December 31 of the current year. Forms and information can be obtained by visiting Franklin County Public Works, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, WA., or http://www.co.franklin.wa.us/public_works/no_spray_request.html
