Jan. 26
- A woman reported her credit card was stolen and had been fraudulently used.
- A man reported a small grinder, an air compressor and some drills were stolen out of his shop.
- A local school advised deputies about a fight occurring sometime during the day at Doolittle Park.
- A woman reported someone broke into her house.
- Report of a black truck driving all over a road and heading west on Road 8.
- A man reported a person in a “little” blue car threw some garbage in his driveway and left the scene heading toward George.
- A woman told deputies two women came into the gym she was working out in and one of the women pulled her hair and assaulted her.

- A man reported receiving a text message from a friend who said she was being held captive at a man’s house.
Ephrata Police Department
Jan. 26
- Report of a malicious mischief in the 800 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
- Report of a harassment in the 1200 block of Basin Street Southwest. The reporting party advised police their former tenants were charged a damage deposit for violating the terms of a rental agreement.
- Police were dispatched to a report of a telephonic harassment in the 800 block of Roosevelt Boulevard. A woman advised an unknown suspect called her, then hung up.
Moses Lake Police Department
Jan. 26
- Report of a vehicle prowl in the 600 block of South Grand Drive. A woman advised someone entered her vehicle, ransacked it and some damage was done to the steering column.
- Report of some graffiti spray painted on the side of a business in the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue.
- Police received a report of a disruptive student at Endeavor Middle School. School staff contacted the student and his mother responded to the school.
- A car dealership in the 1700 block of West Broadway Avenue advised they found pieces of steering column laying on the floorboard of one of their vehicles. The ignition to the car was not punched out and the wires reportedly did not appear to be tampered with.
- A woman reported one of her checks that was stolen during a burglary at a local businesses was cashed. The woman said her bank was refunding the money and advised there is no way to know where the check was cashed.
- A man reportedly took off running from family members after they took him to a medical clinic to be checked out for a possible overdose and depression. The man was last observed heading toward Division Avenue from Pioneer Way. Police could not locate the man.
- A man reported someone broke the driver’s side window on his vehicle in the 200 block of North Earl Road and stole $100 worth of his belongings.
- Report of a stolen vehicle in the 1400 block of East Craig Street.
- An officer contacted a woman in the 300 block of North Dale Road who was reportedly attempting to air up her vehicle tire with a bike pump. The woman was advised the bike pump would not work on her vehicle.
- A man was arrested after reportedly breaking a mirror on a woman’s vehicle valued at more than $750.

- Jordon Plaisted, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Grant County District Court warrant.
- Konstantin Sells, 24, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections arrest order.
- Jaime Garza, 44, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC warrant.
- Aleksandr Demyanov, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked for a DOC arrest order.
- Travis Hintz, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked for a DOC order.
- Stephen Vasquez, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked for a DOC order.
- Hugo Mabry, 58, of Othello, was booked for a DOC order.
- Daniel Charpentier, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC order.
- Danielle Wick, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
- Rosario Barrera, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant.
- Paul Fear III, 25, was booked for a DOC warrant.
- Hector Sanchez, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on second-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and violation of a no contact order.
- Neil Montgomery, 43, was arrested and booked on a DOC order.
- Martin Reed, 27, of Lynnwood, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.
- Christopher Monahan, 37, of Omak, was booked on a GCDC warrant.
