Notice of Closed Record Appeal

WinCo Foods is proposing to divide one parcel of an existing binding site plan into 3 new parcels. The site is located south of 1020 Stratford Rd, described as Parcel J, Big Bend Binding Site Plan; Parcel #09-0629-011, in the C-2 General Commercial Zone. An appeal objecting to the binding site plan approval has been filed. The Planning Commission held an open record appeal hearing and recommended that the appeal be denied.

The City Council will conduct a closed record appeal on Feb. 9, 2016, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street.
