Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Orchard Lease No. 12-076032 leased to Yakima Valley Orchards LLC and described as: Farm Unit 218, Fourth Revision, Irrigation Block 20, Columbia Basin Project, located within portions of the S½ of Section 1 and portions of the N½NW¼ of Section 12, both in Township 12 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington, containing 241.1 acres, more or less; and Orchard Lease No. 12-076033 leased to Yakima Valley Orchards LLC and described as: Farm Unit 147, Second Revision, Irrigation Block 20, Columbia Basin Project, located within portions of the S½N½ and the S½ of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington, containing 270.9 acres, more or less.

The specific change(s) being made are: combining the two leases into one with a new term of January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2035.
