In accordance with RCW 39.80, the Port of Moses Lake is requesting qualifications from engineering and consulting firms for the preparation of plans and specifications, providing project supervision and coordination, inspection and reports as requested for the yet-to-be determined Airport, and Non-Airport construction, or other related projects that are currently under consideration at the Grant County International Airport (Airport), and Port of Moses Lake (Port), Moses Lake, Washington
