Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on January 4, 2016 from Joseph and Debbie Byrd (Designated Contact: Wayne Ostler, Columbia NW Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on January 11, 2016. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 20.95 acre parcel into 4 lots. Lot 1 will be 5.00. Lot 2 will be 5.02 acres. Lot 3 will be 5.01 acres. Lot 4 will be 5.02 acres, has 2 existing residences, and has an existing well. One of the residences on Lot 4 is being used as an extended family living unit. The intended use of each lot is residential. Location: The proposal is located on 20 Rd NE and is approximately 3 miles east of the City of Soap Lake. The parcel is in the NE corner of Section 27, Township 22 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-0051-001. Zoning: Rural Residential 1. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
