Kerrill K. Chaffin ‘KC’
Kerrill K. Chaffin “KC”, 79, a longtime resident of Tri-Cities passed away in Moses Lake, Dec. 12, 2015. KC was born in Sacramento, California on Oct. 14, 1936, to Keith and Eva (Silvers) Chaffin.
KC is survived by his children Kathi Hansey, Karen Chaffin, Kerbi, Kris (Kim) Chaffin; his brother Gary (Lynn) Chaffin; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several extended children and grandchildren. He was preceded by death by his parents and life partner, Gloria Edwards.
KC was a retired pipe fitter of Local 598 for 43 years. His work took him to many different locations. He had a love for motorcycles and raced in his younger years. He took pride in his work whether it was at work or at home doing projects around the house. KC was respected and loved by many and will be greatly missed. He will always be remembered for his smile.
There will be no services but if you would like to, put on some Johnny, Waylon or Merle and crack open a beer and have a toast. Cheers!
