Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on December 18, 2015 from Stemilt Ag Growers (Designated Contact: J. Curtis & Associates, Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on December 28, 2015. PROJECT: Short subdivision creating four (4) lots (each approximately 7.50 acres) from approximately 30.16 acres in the Agricultural zone. Lot 1 has existing seasonal farm worker housing approved through the WA Dept. of Health but has no residential capacity under the Grant County Unified Development code. Lots 2, 3 & 4 are currently being farm and will have no residential capacity. LOCATION: The project is located at 29997 Rd R SW, Mattawa

WA approximately 6 miles southeast of Mattawa, WA. The parcel is located in the southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 14 North, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. (Parcel #19-1681-000) ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None.

CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with

Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
