Nine-Year Eleven-Month Lease Term

Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at sealed bid Public Auction a tract of land described as an 8.6 acre portion of the E½ Section 36, Township 11 North, Range 30 East, W. M., Franklin County, containing 8.6 irrigated agriculture acres. Irrigation water must be provided by lessee. Annual Rent will be $1,720.00. Lease covenants may be examined at the Franklin County Courthouse in Pasco, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
